ABOUT ELENI
My name is Eleni Spyrou and I am an alumna of Adelphi University where I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and my Masters of Arts in Psychology with a Certificate in Human Resources.
I have a passion for people which I get to exercise as a Manager, Culture Engagement & Special Projects at Holler Technologies where I support the Employee Experience & Culture elevation processes and all things people!

People Operations Coordinator at HOLLER. Oversaw monthly performance review cycles, managed quarterly employee recognition program, organized semi-annual organizational engagement surveys, analyzed and reported survey results to EVP, Head of People & Inclusion and prepped results for Leadership Team and Team Leads
Conducted New Hire Orientation, processing i9’s and E-Verify, scheduled team meet and greets, conducted 30-Day, 60-Day, Post-Onboarding check in surveys & meetings with new employees, performed exit interviews and full off-boarding including contractual agreements and managing employee platform access.
