Glenville Forde (Glen) is currently an Executive Vice President, Head of People & Inclusion for Holler. He is also the Founder & CEO of Elevate 360 LLC.
Glen has over 25+ years of diverse experience in the HR and DEI arena with a combination of startup and large-scale organizations. He has held leadership positions at major companies such as Verizon, Citigroup, and MetLife. Glen has led DEI strategy and vision, HR, or People team organizations, and serves as a Business Partner and Inclusion Advisor for a major company that partners with the Board of Education. He received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from City College, holds a Masters in Organization & Management and is currently completing his PhD in Business Management Leadership (focused on Multicultural Belonging) at Capella University.
He is passionate about creating a world where everyone is equally and authentically valued while elevating underserved people. Another reason for the evolution of Elevate 360.
